Delivery
We are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or any other factor out of our control. Please note that we currently only deliver to countries within Europe.
Deliveries within the UK
There is no charge for deliveries made within the UK. Deliveries within the UK are made by Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. We aim to deliver your goods within 7 days. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. When your order has been despatched a 13 digit reference number will be e-mailed to you. You can track your order by logging on to www.royalmail.com and entering your reference number into the Track & Trace box. All deliveries need to be signed for. If you are not at home to receive your delivery a card will be left and your parcel taken to a local Royal Mail Delivery Office. You are then given the option to collect the parcel from the office or arrange for it to be re-delivered at a suitable time.
Deliveries to other European Countries
Deliveries to other European Countries are made by Royal Mail’s International Signed For service at a standard charge of £16.50. Delivery is usually within ten working days but this can not be guaranteed. When your order has been despatched a 13 digit reference number will be e-mailed to you. You can track your order by logging on to www.royalmail.com and entering your reference number into the Track & Trace box. Please note that parcels can only be tracked until they leave the UK. All deliveries need to be signed for.
Prices
Items are invoiced in GBP sterling and we can only accept payment in GBP sterling. Prices displayed on the website include United Kingdom Value Added Tax.
Import Duty
ESFD Ltd cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities charge any import duty or taxes. You are liable to pay any duties and taxes incurred.
