RESPONSIBLE TO: STORE MANAGER/DEPUTY /SUPERVISOR

MAIN ROLE
To assist clients with their selection of garments, by offering advice and giving the highest standard of service ensuring that all clients are served in a professional manner.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Achieve individual target
To serve clients in an honest and considerable manner
To identify and address clients needs by utilising product knowledge and seasonal trends
Being security conscious at all times
To offer in house alteration service when appropriate
To be able to process a sale and follow cash point procedure
Building personal client book to maximise sales
To be aware of company and store objectives
Full understanding of IIP
To attend all morning briefs
Maintain highest standards of house keeping
To ensure stock is kept in perfect condition
Having full knowledge of Health and Safety guidelines
