Our Price Promise
At Emma Somerset prices are set so that you are unlikely to find the same product selling at a lower price in any other UK shop. However if you find another shop selling the identical product at a lower price we promise to match that price.
The price comparison must be made with the identical item (style, colour, brand etc.) and we expect the competitor to have the item in stock. We will match the ticket price, but not a special discounted price. Our price promise does not apply to products sold in outlets that are not normal shops, e.g. duty free shops or non UK internet sites. To take advantage of our price promise we ask you to request a price match at the point of purchase or within 7 days of the transaction.
